Our main focus was to create a customer journey that maximizes conversions (mainly sales of online subscriptions to the education platform). Our process was guided by insights and ideas gained through in-depth research of the customer journey. We studied every detail of the user’s encounter with the design of the website from the first click to checkout.
The final design was aligned with the brand and it also appealed to the loyal customer base. The conversion was improved through a frictionless experience and clearer paths to the actionable next steps. Our solution delivered „results that are beyond expectation” as it turned out from A/B tests performed by the client. Since launching the campaign, Upriserz has seen a significant uplift in subscription sales and brand equity.
